Ross Building at 2247 Western Avenue.Citizens will be able to talk with community development staff members about the plan's community development, housing and homeless projects during the upcoming fiscal year.If you have any questions, or would like further information about the meeting, please contact Mark Rigsby or Marcy Griffin at 865-215-2120.
