Support Services Division Commander
Deputy Chief Gary Holliday


 The Administrative Division manages several key functions of the Knoxville Police Department. These include: Records Section, Personnel Section, Training Section, Technical Services Section, and Building Services. It is the responsibility of these units to provide technical and administrative support to all organizational components to insure orderly and efficient functions. This division reviews all matters related to hiring, training, recruitment, promotion, accreditation, volunteers, chaplains, and computer and data systems.
