The City of Knoxville offers vendors the ability to view their purchase orders, invoices, payments, and to update their payment address information through a Self-Service Account established on the Payment Portal. If you were previously registered as a vendor with the City of Knoxville (before December 2016), your email address and password for the Self-Service Account will continue to work to obtain this information. If you were not previously a vendor with the City and have now registered as a vendor through our vendor registration link or if you receive other payments not related to purchases from the City of Knoxville, you may use the link below to also register for a Payment Portal Self-Service Account, giving you access to the information tied to purchases we make from you.
