Traffic Tips Offered for Boomsday, UT Home Football Games
Lots of useful information provided today by City officials on parking and traffic flow for Boomsday and University of Tennessee home football games, as well as Labor Day safety measures by the Police Department and details on Saturday's Brick by Brick Pre-Game on the Strip block party:

Police Chief David Rausch urged commuters to be patient and allow plenty of time to get to either the Boomsday fireworks or Vol games. KAT shuttles to and from downtown or Farragut are great alternatives to driving and finding a place to park near Neyland Stadium on game days. Downtown parking garages are the best bet for UT fans who don't have a permit to park on campus.
KPD Chief David Rausch details traffic flow recommendations for fans going to UT games.
