KPD Accepting Applications for Crime Scene Technicians
If you have an interest in forensics and a desire to assist in investigations, please consider applying to join our team. The KPD is currently looking to hire two new Crime Scene Technicians and is accepting applications for those open positions through September 10.
Crime Scene Technicians play a crucial role in Knoxville Police Department investigations. Crime Scene Technicians are responsible for ensuring the integrity of evidence collected through detailed crime scene processing. Crime Scene Techs are also responsible for fingerprint classification, inventory control of seized property or evidence, and more.
