Congrats, ITT Tech, on 100th Knoxville graduation
Campus Director Joe Esway and Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero
Congratulations to ITT Technical Institute on its 100th graduation in Knoxville on June 24!
ITT Tech has been in Knoxville for a quarter century. The school has 130 campuses in 38 states, and it serves five Tennessee markets.
Campus Director Joe Esway, a retired 25-year U.S. Marine, has been heading the ITT Knoxville campus since December. The current campus itself at 9123 Executive Park Drive is fairly new - spacious, plenty of natural light, a great remodeling and reuse of a former grocery store!
Beth Stone, ITT's Director of Career Services, noted that the new location is more accessible to students and is close to a bus stop for Knoxville Area Transit's Route 16 - Cedar Bluff Connector.
ITT says that about 90 percent of its students nationally are enrolled in STEM-related studies and that 70 percent of 2013 graduates obtained jobs using knowledge or skills taught in their programs of study. Last year, ITT nationally awarded more than $240 million in scholarships.
Congratulations, ITT Technical Institute, on the milestone graduation and 25th year in Knoxville, and a big welcome to Campus Director Joe Esway.
