On Tuesday, Nov. 19 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., city officials will convene a forum to talk about the big picture of downtown Knoxville redevelopment.
The Downtown Summit will happen at the East Tennessee History Center, 601 S. Gay St.
Topics will include what has happened in the past decade, what is happening now, and opportunities and challenges for the future.
There will be a presentation by City of Knoxville staff, a panel discussion about the experience of developers downtown, and lots of opportunity for public questions, comments and discussion.
The Downtown Summit is open to everyone, but especially encouraged to attend are downtown residents, business owners, property owners and anyone else with a strong interest in the future of downtown Knoxville.
