The Dept. of Homeland Security has lauched a campaign to educate the public about being prepared for disasters of all kinds.
Knoxville Mayor Bill Haslam added, "As our neighbors in Florida can attest, disasters can turn families' worlds upside down in a matter of moments. That's why it's important for families to make a plan now to prepare for emergencies."
