The East Tennessee Housing Development Corporation (ETHDC), proudly presents their first CHDO home built in the Lonsdale Community. Thenew single-family residence will be showcased at a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, June 12 at 9:30 a.m.
There will also be an Open House on Saturday, June 14th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The mission of the East Tennessee Housing Development Corporation is to assist in the development of decent affordable housing in the East Tennessee area for low and moderate income people.
The ETHDC would like to thank the City of Knoxville, US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design for their support in making this project a reality.
