The City Council Meeting Calendar is shown below. For a user-friendly online agenda, click on the HTML Agenda link next to the date of the meeting you would like to view. This will show you the meeting agenda with direct links to each item on the agenda and all supporting documentation. You can also download a PDF of the agenda. See the Downloads Help button.

Search for Meetings
The portal also allows users to search for specific meetings and items using keywords and search filters such as a board or commission name, date range, meeting type, and more.
To search, type your search keywords in the Text Search box. To access additional filters, click the Advanced Search + link below the Text Search box, select your filters, then click the Search button.
If you would like to see additional information on where your search text was found in the meeting, click on the arrow to the left of the council, board, or commission name. Click on the eyeball icon to view the document that includes your text, or click on the down arrow button to download the document.

Public Comment
Agendas for regular City Council meetings are available here the Friday before the upcoming meeting. Draft Meeting Minutes recording the action taken by City Council on each item are available here the Thursday following the meeting.
To sign up to offer public comments on any item on the agenda or during Public Forum held at the end of every regular meeting, you may contact the City Recorder's Office by emailing the City Recorder at CityRecorder@KnoxvilleTN.gov or by calling the office at 865-215-2075 during normal business hours. Sign-ups open after the agenda is released. The deadline to sign up to speak is at 4:00pm the day of the meeting.
