The City of Knoxville's Neighborhood Conference was held annually for everyone who participated in a neighborhood organization and for all local residents who were interested in the quality of life in Knoxville's neighborhoods.
The Neighborhood Conference is no longer held, but the Office of Neighborhoods now offers the Neighborhood Resource Fair.
