Legendary singer and songwriter Garth Brooks will perform in concert at Neyland Stadium on Saturday night, Nov. 16, 2019.
The City and Knoxville Area Transit are offering many options to help make it easy to attend the stadium’s first concert in 16 years.
There are more than 10,500 public parking spaces in the downtown area. State Street Garage, which the City recently expanded, now accommodates 1,600 vehicles. Free parking will be available this Saturday at the City's State Street Garage, Locust Street Garage and Market Square Garage.
Additionally, the price for the following metered locations is $25 per space all day on Nov. 16: Lake Avenue, White Avenue, 16th Street, 19th Street, Clinch Avenue, Locust Street and West Hill Avenue.
Other City facilities will charge $10 to $20 per vehicle.
Those attending can opt to avoid parking worries altogether and ride a KAT bus to the Garth Brooks concert.
To help fans get there, KAT has created Passenger Playbooks – special color-coded cheat sheets to get to and from the concert using five key routes. The playbooks detail travel time, where to catch the bus along the route, the cost and how to get back after the concert.
Buses will be running a special late service to accommodate all passengers. Get all the details by calling 865-637-3000 or go to
