The Knoxville Fire Department has three new captains and one master firefighter within its ranks.
Congratulations to Ryan Reid, Melody Weyant, Justin Bailey and Brandon Phillips.
Phillips, Reid and Weyant are assigned to the firefighting division. Bailey is assigned to the training division.
