A draft version of the financial strategy for pursuing development of Knoxville's South Waterfront over the next 20 years is now available for public review.
The document is available online and at the South Waterfront Drop-In Center, located at 905 Sevier Avenue. The Drop-in Center is a temporary information clearinghouse that is operated during a posted schedule by volunteers and city staff.
The plan estimates the amount and value of redevelopment that could occur on the South Waterfront over the next 20 years and identifies public infrastructure projects.
The strategy will be incorporated into the South Waterfront Action Plan, which is a series of strategies intended to implement the Vision Plan over the next 20 years.
