City of Knoxville offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th, in observance of the July 4th holiday. Waste Connections, the city's household garbage collector, will run its normal schedule on Wednesday, July 4th.
The downtown trash collection will run its normal schedule on Wednesday, July 4th and the city's recycling centers will be open on Wednesday.
The city's Solid Waste Management Facility, located at 1033 Elm Street will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th.
