Homeowners and business and commercial property owners who suffered uninsured flood damage during the Feb. 28, storm can contact the City of Knoxville's 311 with an estimate of the uninsured damage.
The Knoxville-Knox County Emergency Management Agency is gathering damage information in Knox County and surrounding areas and will report those findings to the State of Tennessee to determine if the area is eligible for any federal disaster assistance.
The Knoxville-Knox County Emergency Management Agency is collecting that information today and tomorrow (March 1-2).
Any calls to the City of Knoxville's 311 are not considered to be official reports nor formal claims. The city is accepting information that it will forward to the emergency management agency.
