There's still time to sign up for the City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation adult basketball leagues. The City hosts three leagues:

Adult 18+ Competitive League
Team entry fee is $400. Games will be played two nights per week on Mondays and Wednesdays at Cal Johnson Recreation Center. Teams are scheduled to play a total of 12 games. Deadline for competitive league registration is Dec. 14th. Games begin Jan. 7th, 2013, and run through Feb. 13th, 2013.

Adult 18+ Recreation League
Registration cost for teams playing one game per week is $320, or the cost is $450 for teams that choose to play twice per week. One game per week teams will play on Wednesdays at Cumberland Estates, Cecil Webb, and/or Deane Hill Recreation Center. Teams playing twice per week will play at Milton Roberts Recreation Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Registration deadline is Nov. 16th. Games begin Dec. 4th, 2012, and run through Feb. 7th, 2013.

Adult 35+ Half-Court League
Team registration fee is $320. Games will be played on Mondays at Cecil Webb Recreation Center and Wednesdays at E.V. Davidson Community Center. Registration deadline is Nov. 16th. Games begin Dec. 3rd, 2012, and end the week of Feb. 11th, 2013.

To register your team, please visit the City Athletics Office at 917A E. Fifth Ave. Offices are open daily from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
