September 17, 2014 - The City of Knoxville entered into a contract with Twin K Construction, Inc. for $3,735,868.30 for the construction of the Cross Park Drive Drainage Improvements Project.

Road closures with detours will be required for park Village Road, Cross Park Drive and Cross Creek Road, as well as minor driveways to complete the project.
The construction contract has a 270 day duration. Work began in late July and completion is anticipated for April 2015.
