The
Management Services Bureau includes the support divisions that are responsible for the non-patrol and investigative functions of the Police Department. The units that fall under the direction of the Management Services Bureau include the Budget Office, Payroll, Building Services, Planning and Grants, Personnel, Recruitment, Property Management, Fleet and Supplies.
The dedicated volunteer Chaplains fall within this group and support both sworn and professional staff across the department. The Reserve program and secondary employment coordinators report to the Bureau Deputy Chief to ensure department needs are met.
