The
Mayor's Community Empowerment Roundtable (MCER) is made up of over 60 youth-serving organizations in Knoxville dedicated to collaboration and collective impact.
The general Roundtable meets quarterly with the Mayor for advisement on youth and community needs, while four action-oriented subcommittees in the areas of Education, Workforce Development, Mental Health/Trauma, and Violence Prevention meet monthly to work on filling identified gaps and needs.
