The Arts & Culture Alliance invites guests to enjoy a truly unique dining experience on the Gay Street Bridge at Knoxville’s once in a lifetime celebration of the City of Knoxville’s 225th Birthday. Dinner on the Bridge takes place on Sunday, October 2, beginning at 5:30 PM.
Dinner on the Bridge is an evening event that features a cocktail hour, dinner & dessert by Ruth’s Chris Steak House, remarks by City of Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero, the inaugural poem of R.B. Morris, the City of Knoxville’s First Poet Laureate, entertainment by Carol Zinavage Shane, and much more. “Dinner on the Bridge will be like no other birthday party you’ve ever attended,” says Liza Zenni, Executive Director of the Arts & Culture Alliance. “It will have the best views, the best food and the best people having the most fun in 225 years!”
The Arts & Culture Alliance has commissioned a piece of art from local artist, Mike C. Berry, to commemorate the occasion. The piece will be auctioned for sale during the event.
