Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tennessee Health Care Campaign and Cherokee Health Systems will conduct ACA enrollment sessions via telephone and online. Certified Application Counselors (CAC's) and trained volunteers (also known as assisters) to provide you with updated information. This assistance is

Anyone wishing to enroll / renew your plan, will need to have these documents on hand:
• Social Security numbers or documentation of legal status
• Employer and income information for every household member to be covered (pay stubs or W-2 forms are acceptable)
• If renewing your plan for 2019, you must bring your user name and password
