In order to do business with the City of Knoxville, vendors must register with Purchasing through our Vendor Registration system, powered by Vendor Registry. The City may reject any quotes, bids, proposals and qualifications submitted by businesses that are not registered. Registering also allows businesses to identify the type of goods and services they provide so that they may receive email notifications regarding relevant solicitations out for bid.

Vendors previously registered for a City Self-Service Vendor Account before December 2016 will need to register through this new system but can retain their previous account with the City to view their purchase orders, invoices, and payments through our Payment Portal
