HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN MY HEALTH?

FIRST:

Select if you would like to participate in Part A or Part B.

Part A earns
$20 paycheck credit/per adult participant
$10 paycheck credit it children are covered on the BCBST medical plan
max paycheck credit is $40

Part B earns
paycheck credit + a quarterly Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) incentive
max quarterly incentive is $150 per participant - all incentives will be deposited in your HRA mid month following the quarter.  (April, July, October, January)


NEXT:

Complete your health screening at The Center every 12 months. Must be completed BEFORE November 30th.


LAST:

If you selected to participate in Part B you will need to register in the portal and can participate in activities to start earning your quarterly incentives.

Username

first letter of first name + last name + 8 digit PeopleSoft ID
• Employees – use your employee ID +00
• Spouses – use the employee ID + 01
 
Example – John Smith, ID # 123456
jsmith12345600  (all lowercase)

Password

• date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy format)

To ensure that you get future My Health communications, please register with a valid email.  You are also able to opt in/out of text communications at any time.
