Directions: Headed south on Henley Street, cross the Henley Street Bridge; turn right onto Blount Avenue; Blount Avenue turns into Maryville Pike; go approximately three miles; park and greenway access is on the right.
Seniors from the South Knoxville Community Center walk on the Mary Vestal Greenway daily.
Mary Vestal Greenway is designed around the scenic Goose Creek in South Knoxville. The Greenway follows the creek throughout the park, and on to the South Knoxville Community Center, and then on to the Vestal Gateway Park.

HISTORY OF THE PARK/GREENWAY
Mary Vestal Park and Mary Vestal Greenway are named after the mother of two brothers who owned and
operated Vestal Lumber Company, whose offices were located in what is
now known as the Vestal community.
