DR. E.V. DAVIDSON COMMUNITY CENTER PROGRAMS

Weight Room is a space in our facility designed to provide a means of exercise equipment to the members of the community.
Open Gym is a time designed for community members to play pick-up basketball.
After School Program is a free service for parents of children ages 6-12.  The program operates from 2:45 pm until 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday on Knox County School's schedule.  Participants enjoy gym games, arts and crafts, board games and a daily snack is provided.
Tutoring is a free program offered to our after-school program children.  The program operates on Tuesdays from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm.  There are two sessions, each 45 minutes in duration, and provides extra help to children who are having challenges with school work.  We also look to encourage seniors to volunteer to gain experience in working with children while developing leadership skills.
