Krutch Park

Charles Krutch Park is a scenic park located in the middle of downtown Knoxville. The park features a beautiful water feature with small falls and a flowing stream. Park patrons can enjoy this amenity from the picnic tables provided in the park. The Park is flanked by Krutch Park Extension and Market Square.

KRUTCH PARK EXTENSION

Krutch Park Extension is as the name suggests - an extension of Charles Krutch Park that extends across an alley between Union Ave. and Clinch Ave. The extension flows until it touches Gay Street in the 500 block. The extension includes water play fountains, benches, shady trees and open space perfect for play.

MARKET SQUARE

Charles Krutch Park is also adjacent to Market Square which boasts a variety of unique entertainment, shopping and dining options. Since the 1860s, Market Square has been one of Knoxville’s most popular places to shop, work, play, eat, drink and live. Market Square is home to Bill Lyons Pavilion, the Tennessee Woman Suffrage Memorial statue, Farmers' Market, outdoor concerts and movies, Shakespeare on the Square and much more. The square also includes picnic tables, benches, shade trees, and water play fountains.
