Join the Homeland Security Highway Watch Program Team and receive free training on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at 6:30 PM at the Knoxville Police Department Safety Building (Headquarters) located at 800 Howard Baker Jr. Avenue. As a trained individual, you will learn that you can disrupt the plans of terrorists by recognizing and assessing incidents that seem out of the ordinary. You will also learn how to report your findings to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security using your uniquely assigned code number.
