The City of Knoxville's Community Development Division is currently developing its 2007 Annual Plan and is inviting community members to provide their ideas for what should be in it at a public meeting on Jan. 18. The annual plan includes projects and activities the city will perform from July 2007 through June 2008 to address the housing, infrastructure, service and other community needs identified in the city's 2005-2009 Consolidated Plan.The meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18, in the Community Room of the L.T.
