All work must comply with the 2024 IFC concerning fire protection with fire sprinklers including but not limited to the Latest Editions of NFPA 13, 14, 24, and 25.
Sprinkler design for Construction Documents / preliminary plans and shop drawings / working plans are to be submitted to
Plans Review & Inspections for review and inspections after Nov. 1st for building projects submitted to Plans Review and Inspections. Shop drawings for these projects will also be reviewed by Plans Review and Inspections. All building projects submitted before Nov. 1st must be submitted to the Fire Marshals Office for review and approval and will be inspected by the Fire Marshals Office. This deadline determination will be dependent on the building permit number given by Plans Review and Inspections and when it is submitted.
