The City of Knoxville's Community Development Division is conducting a citizen survey to help determine the needs of its residents and neighborhoods.
Survey responses are anonymous and will be used to help develop the City's five year Consolidated Plan. This Plan will help the City decide what housing, service, and other community development projects should be performed in different neighborhoods from 2005 through 2009.
