The zoo is open from 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. The ticket booth stops selling admission tickets one hour before the zoo closes.
People with disabilities and caregivers will receive
-Free parking
-Half-price admission
-Sign language interpreters throughout various locations in the Zoo. This service is provided by Knox Area Community Center for the Deaf.
-Zoo staff and volunteers to share biofacts and animals information
-Close Encounter presentations
-Manual and electric wheelchairs available for rent as available
