The City of Knoxville will hold a public meeting to seek input on the renovations for the West Hills Park tennis facility. The meeting will be at Deane Hill Recreation Center at 7400 Deane Hill Dr. (off of Morrell Rd.) on Thursday, April 17, at 7:00 p.m.
The City is working with the Greater Knoxville Tennis Association, who initiated the project and is helping to raise funds for the renovation, and the West Hills Neighborhood Organization.
"We were approached by the GKTA to enhance West Hills Park's tennis facility," explained Joe Walsh, Director of Knoxville Parks and Recreation. "This was a project initiated by the people who use the facility and we want them to have a hand in the planning process."
