Downtown trash collection will pick up garbage on its regular schedule on Monday, May 31.
The city's recycling centers will be open on Monday.
The city's Solid Waste Management Facility, located at 1033 Elm Street, will be closed Saturday, May 29 and Monday, May 31 for the Memorial Day holiday.
