Beginning on February 29, Megabus.com will begin service between Knoxville, Nashville, and Memphis. Megabus.com is the popular city-to-city express bus service with fares as low as $1. Its Knoxville-based service departs from, and arrives at, Church Avenue in front of Knoxville Station.
