The City of Knoxville is scheduled to begin a paving project Monday night, March 12, on Parkside Drive from Lovell Road to Center Park Drive.
The milling portion of the operation will be performed at night between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. It is anticipated the milling work will continue through Friday night, March 16.
The paving phase of the project will follow the next week. Paving is temperature dependent, and if temperatures allow, the paving operation will also be performed at night beginning Monday, March 19. If temperatures do not allow, the paving operation will be performed during the day that week.
