The largest solar photovoltaic system owned by the City of Knoxville, consisting of 90.75 kilowatts and more than 363 panels, is being constructed at the Convention Center.
Photos can be taken from the Sunsphere on the 4th floor (observation deck) throughout the day March 16 as crews assemble the pads, racking system and panels on top of the center.
The system will appear completed Monday and no more construction from that vantage point will be available after Friday, March 16.
