The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will conduct a Public Information Meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 17, in the L.T. Ross Building of Knoxville CAC (865-546-3500), at 2247 Western Ave., to discuss the widening of Western Avenue, from Texas Avenue to Major Avenue.
The meeting will be held from 5-7 p.m., during which time there will be a presentation followed by a question and answer session. The public is invited to ask questions and make comments during the meeting.
Representatives of TDOT will be present to answer questions on any aspect of the project.
