Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM) opened its new courtyard next to the KARM overnight shelter at 418 N. Broadway this week.
A special consecration ceremony was held and attended by Mayor Madeline Rogero, Mayor Tim Burchett, KARM board members, staff, and guests.
