The UT Volunteers will take the field this Saturday in the first game of the Butch Jones' era. KAT will once again be offering a variety of ways to get to Neyland Stadium on game days without having to deal with driving in the game day traffic!
KAT's improved frequencies on some Saturday routes make for an easy ride to the game. KAT has increased Saturday service on Route 11: Kingston Pike with buses operating every 30 minutes all day. The fare is $1.50 and the bus drops passengers on Cumberland at Philip Fulmer Way. The last bus departing downtown leaves Knoxville Station at 11:15 p.m. on Saturdays.
Football shuttles will also be available once again, and are offered from three locations downtown: The Old City (near Barley's Taproom), Krutch Park at Market Street (just a block from Market Square) and the Civic Coliseum Parking Garage. The cost is $6.00 round trip, and additional parking fees may apply, depending on where you park your car.
KAT also offers a shuttle from Farragut High School for $16 round trip; free parking is available at the high school.
All shuttles begin operating three hours before kickoff and run one hour after the game ends.
