Posted: 08/05/2014
August 5, 2014 - The City of Knoxville's professional design consultants, Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. and Toole Design Group, will host a second public meeting for the Downtown Circulation and Mobility Plan on August 13 at 5:30 p.m. in the East Tennessee History Center located at 601 S. Gay St. The consultants will review recommendations, and public comments are welcomed.

The plan will develop multimodal improvement strategies that will prioritize certain corridors within the Central Business Improvement District. Assessments will include:

The area covered for this plan - expected to be complete by September 2014 - is bounded by Depot Avenue, the Tennessee River, Hall of Fame Drive and 11th Street.
