August 7, 2014 - Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) has announced that the Vol Line Trolley will serve the newly opened University Commons in the UT area.
Walmart, is currently open in the new University Commons complex and Publix will be opening soon, as well as a variety of other stores.
The new Vol Line routing also provides service through the UT campus and traveling down Volunteer Boulevard.
As always, the trolleys are fare-free! It's a great way to get around!
