Watch out for street closures for Veterans Day Parade, Market Square Farmers' Market and SUBWAY Race Against Cancer events this weekend.

Friday, November 11 – Veteran’s Day Parade
• Step off from Coliseum at 10:40 am 
• Route: Howard Baker to Church, Church to Gay, Gay to Depot 
• Gay Street will be closed to traffic between 10:30 am - 12:15 pm
• Eastbound Lanes of Howard Baker will be closed from 8:30 am – Noon
• Union Ave between Walnut & Gay will be closed from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
• Market Street between Clinch & Union will be closed from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
• There will be Temporary No Parking on Gay Street, Market Street and Union Ave starting at 8:30 am Friday November 11

Saturday November  12 - Market Square Farmer’s Market 
• Market Street between Clinch & Union will be closed from 6:45 am – 3:30 pm
• Union Ave between Walnut & Gay will be closed from 6:45 am – 3:30 pm
• There will be temporary No Parking on Market Street and Union Ave starting at 5 am Saturday 
 
Sunday, November 13 – SUBWAY Race Against Cancer
• Race begins at 3:00 pm
• Route: Start on Clinch Ave Bridge, right onto Locust, left onto Hill Ave, left onto State, right onto Union, left onto Central, right onto Willow, left onto Jackson, right on to Gay Street, Left onto Depot, Left on Broadway right on World's Fair Park
