Numerous law enforcement agencies from the Knoxville area will gather on Thursday, May 18, 2017, to remember and honor the service of peace officers who have passed away during the last year.
The service will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Knoxville Coliseum - lower level floor.
The Memorial Message will be given by Maryville Police Chief Tony Crisp.
The agencies participating in this annual memorial service include the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Knox County Sheriff's Office, Knoxville Police Department, University of Tennessee Medical Center Police, University of Tennessee Police, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and support from the Fraternal Order of Police Volunteer Lodge Number 2.
