This weekend, contractor crews will be doing maintenance work on and upgrading the decorative lighting on the pedestrian bridge that spans Henley Street at the Convention Center, prompting night-time temporary lane closures.
Motorists should anticipate temporary lane closures on Henley Street, one lane at a time while overhead work is underway, beginning Friday evening and ending as late as 6 a.m. Monday morning.
The work and lane closures are scheduled from 6 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday, to be repeated Saturday night and possibly Sunday night, if necessary.
The pedestrian bridge will remain open throughout the weekend.
