Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero will join Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation (KCDC) officials to break ground on Five Points 4, a 31-building, 82-unit affordable housing complex at the west corner of Kenner Avenue and McConnell Street in East Knoxville.
Completion of Phase 4 will mark realization of the Five Points Master Plan.
The event takes place Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 11 a.m. near 2061 Bethel Ave.
