Effective January 1, 2024, the composition of the City of Knoxville audit committee will change to include three professional members.
These members should have experience in auditing, finance, accounting, law, or relevant compliance fields and be a member of their corresponding professional association.
The term for a professional member is three years.
The audit committee now is taking applications for qualified members.

The application is simple, but parties must create a user account if they do not already have one.
Applications should be submitted by October 11th, 2023, and will be reviewed at the October 16th, 2023, regularly scheduled audit committee meeting.
