South Knoxville neighbors, business owners and other stakeholders are invited to an informational open house hosted by the City of Knoxville on Monday, Feb. 13, 2023, from 4-6:30 p.m. at Kerbela Temple, 315 Mimosa Avenue.
Projects to be addressed during the open house include:
• Sevier Avenue streetscapes
• South Waterfront Form-Based Code
• Urban Wilderness Gateway Park
• Pedestrian/Bicycle Bridge across the Tennessee River
