Directions: Take the Broadway exit off of I-40 and head north for about a mile and a half; turn right onto Washington Pike and go about one mile; turn right on North Hills Boulevard; turn left on Kenilworth; immediate right on Kennington; park is behind houses on right.

North Hills Park


Situated behind houses, this small pocket park is tucked snuggly into the neighborhood so it may not catch your eye when driving by. Pocket parks are wonderful ways for turning under utilized land into a community benefit. So load up the strollers, ride your bikes, or walk the kids and dogs over to the park to enjoy the playground, picnic tables, gazebo and open space. The paved walking trail runs along the perimeter of the park, looping the playground. North Hills Greenway runs along the perimeter of the park.

PARK RULES & REGULATIONS

1.) For the protection of our park and the safety of its users, the following are prohibited:
  • No alcoholic beverages
  • No open fires
  • No hitting golf balls anywhere in the park
  • No motorized vehicles in park
  • No equestrian activity
2.) Per city ordinance, all animals must be maintained on a leash.
3.) Please be respectful of other trail users.
4.) Please help to keep our parks beautiful by disposing trash in proper receptacles.
5.) Hours - Open dawn to dusk unless otherwise posted.
