Directions: Headed north on Broadway, pass Fulton High School and turn right onto Fairmont Boulevard; park is less than a half of a mile on the right.
The Roseanne Wolf Picnic Area is a small pocket park of .5 acre that includes open space, a picnic table and shade trees.
HISTORY OF PARK
This picnic area is named after the former deputy director of the city's Special Events office, Roseanne Wolf (10/31/1936 to 5/20/2023). Wolf is a long time Knoxville native and resident of north Knoxville. She gave countless hours to the City of Knoxville planning and implementing many events that residents attend and enjoy annually. The picnic area was dedicated in January of 2000.
PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
1.) For the protection of our park and the safety of its users, the following are prohibited:
- No alcoholic beverages
- No open fires
- No hitting golf balls anywhere in the park
- No motorized vehicles in park
- No equestrian activity
2.) Per city ordinance, all animals must be maintained on a leash.
3.) Please be respectful of other trail users.
4.) Please help to keep our parks beautiful by disposing trash in proper receptacles.
5.) Hours - Open dawn to dusk unless otherwise posted.
